But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from there; and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all; and strictly charged them that they should not make him known; so that it which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, who said, read more.
Behold my servant, whom I have chosen, my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased; I will put my Spirit upon him, and he shall declare judgment unto the Gentiles. He shall not strive nor cry, neither shall anyone hear his voice in the streets. A bruised reed he shall not break, and a smoking flax he shall not quench until he sends forth judgment unto victory. And in his name shall the Gentiles wait.

But Jesus withdrew himself with his disciples to the sea, and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judaea and from Jerusalem and from Idumaea and from beyond Jordan. And those who dwell around Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, hearing what great things he did, came unto him. And he spoke to his disciples that a small ship should wait on him because of the multitude, lest they should throng him. read more.
For he had healed many, insomuch that as many as had plagues pressed upon him to touch him. And the unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him and cried out, saying, Thou art the Son of God. And he straitly charged them that they should not make him known.

Then was brought unto him one possessed with a demon, blind, and dumb, and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spoke and saw. But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow does not cast out demons but by Beelzebub the prince of the demons. read more.
And Jesus knew their thoughts and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself shall not remain; and if Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom remain? And if I by Beelzebub cast out demons, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. But if I cast out the demons by the Spirit of God, then certainly the kingdom of God is come unto you. Or else how can one enter into the strong man's house and spoil his goods except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house. He that is not with me is against me, and he that does not gather with me scatters abroad. Therefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him, but whosoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this age, neither in the age to come. Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree corrupt and its fruit corrupt; for the tree is known by its fruit. O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. The good man out of the good treasure of the heart brings forth good things, and the evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

And he was casting out a demon, and it was dumb. And it came to pass, when the demon was gone out, the one who had been dumb spoke; and the people marvelled. But some of them said, He casts out devils through Beelzebub the prince of the demons.

And he went down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbath days. And they were astonished at his doctrine, for his word was with power. And in the synagogue there was a man who had a spirit of an unclean demon and cried out with a loud voice, read more.

And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Be silent and come out of him. And the demon, throwing him down in the midst, came out of him and hurt him not.
