Jesus The Prophet » Foretold things to come
and shall cast thee down to the ground and thy children within thee, and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming and of the end of the age? And because lawlessness shall abound, the charity of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come. Therefore, when ye see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, which shall stand in the holy place (whosoever reads, let him understand), then let those who are in Judaea flee into the mountains; let him who is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house, neither let him who is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto those that are with child and to those that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter neither on the sabbath day, for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And if those days were not shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. Then if any man shall say unto you, Behold, here is the Christ, or there, believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets and shall show great signs and wonders in such a manner that they shall deceive, if possible, the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels, and then he shall reward everyone according to their works.

But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as the others who have no hope. Watch therefore, for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. But know this that if the husband of the house knew in what watch the thief would come, he would watch and would not suffer his house to be broken into. Therefore be ye also ready; the Son of man is to come in the hour that ye think not.

But when they shall bring you to deliver you up, do not premeditate beforehand what ye shall speak, neither think ye regarding it, but whatever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye, for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Spirit. Now the brother shall deliver the brother unto death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents and shall kill them. And ye shall be hated by everyone for my name, but he that shall persevere unto the end, the same shall be saved. But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation (spoken of by Daniel the prophet) standing where it ought not, he that reads, let him understand, then let those that are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein to take any thing out of his house; and let him that is in the field not turn back again even to take up his garment. But woe to those that are with child and to those that give suck in those days! Pray, therefore, that your flight not be in winter. For those days shall be of affliction such as never was from the beginning of the creation of the things which God created unto this time, neither shall be. And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved, but for the elect's sake, whom he has chosen, he has shortened those days. And then if anyone should say to you, Behold, here is the Christ, or, Behold, he is there, do not believe him; for false Christs and false prophets shall rise and shall show signs and wonders to seduce, if possible, even the elect. But take ye heed; behold, I have told you everything beforehand. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars; see that ye be not troubled, for it is necessary that all these things must take place; but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there shall be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in different places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then they shall deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you, and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. And then shall many be offended and shall betray one another and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise and shall deceive many. And because lawlessness shall abound, the charity of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come. Therefore, when ye see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, which shall stand in the holy place (whosoever reads, let him understand), then let those who are in Judaea flee into the mountains; let him who is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house, neither let him who is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto those that are with child and to those that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter neither on the sabbath day, for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And if those days were not shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. Then if any man shall say unto you, Behold, here is the Christ, or there, believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets and shall show great signs and wonders in such a manner that they shall deceive, if possible, the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Therefore if they say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert, go not forth; Behold, he is in the secret chambers, believe it not. For as the lightning that comes out of the east and shines even unto the west, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For wherever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken, and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven, and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with great power and glory. And he shall send his angels with a trumpet and a great voice, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Now learn a parable of the fig tree: When his branch is yet tender and puts forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh; so likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass until all these things are fulfilled. The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. But of that day and hour no one knows, no, not even the angels of the heavens, but my Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as they were in the days before the flood, eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and they knew not until the flood came and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken and the other left. Watch therefore, for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. But know this that if the husband of the house knew in what watch the thief would come, he would watch and would not suffer his house to be broken into. Therefore be ye also ready; the Son of man is to come in the hour that ye think not. Who then is the faithful and prudent slave, whom his lord has made ruler over his household to give them food in due season? Blessed is that slave whom his lord when he comes shall find so doing. Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods. But and if that evil slave shall say in his heart, My lord delays his coming, and shall begin to smite his fellowslaves and even to eat and drink with the drunken, the lord of that slave shall come in a day when he does not look for him and in an hour that he is not aware of and shall cut him off and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken,
And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven and cast them to the earth; and the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to be delivered, to devour her child as soon as it was born.
and the stars of heaven fell upon the earth, even as a fig tree casts her figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
And the fifth angel sounded the trumpet, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth; and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
And the third angel sounded the trumpet, and a great star fell from heaven, burning as a lit torch, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers and upon the fountains of waters;
And it magnified itself unto the host of heaven, and it cast down part of the host and of the stars to the ground and trod them under.
and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers that are in the heavens shall be shaken.
