And when I saw him I fell at his feet as dead; and he put his right hand on me, saying, Fear not; I am the first and the last and the living, and I was dead, and behold, I am living forever and ever; and I have the keys of death and of hades.

And they had tails like scorpions and stings, and in their tails was their power to injure men five months. They had over them a king, an angel of the abyss, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but in the Greek he is called Apollyon. One woe has passed; behold, there come yet two woes after this. And the sixth angel sounded; and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar before God, saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, Unbind the four angels bound by the river, the great Euphrates.
