When, therefore, you give in charity, sound not a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do, in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be glorified by men. I tell you truly, they have their reward.
And the apostles at Jerusalem hearing that Samaria had received the word of God, sent to them Peter and John, who came down and prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit; for it had not yet fallen on any of them, only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.read more.

The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood, before the great and illustrious day of the Lord comes. And whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
