There they crucified him, along with two others, one on each side of him with Jesus in the middle.
For while I was with you I resolved to know nothing except Jesus the Messiah, and him crucified.

There was also an inscription over him written in Greek, Latin, and Hebrew: "This is the King of the Jews."
Pilate wrote an inscription and put it on the cross. It read, "Jesus from Nazareth, the King of the Jews."
Then they crucified him. They divided his clothes among themselves by throwing dice to see what each one would get.
When the soldiers had crucified Jesus, they took his clothes and divided them into four parts, one for each soldier, and took his cloak as well. The cloak was seamless, woven in one piece from the top down.
So the other disciples kept telling him, "We've seen the Lord!" But he told them, "Unless I see the nail marks in his hands, put my finger into them, and put my hand into his side, I'll never believe!"
After they had crucified him, they determined who would get his clothes by throwing dice for them.
