And I said, 'What shall I do, Lord?' And the Lord said to me, 'Get up and go on into Damascus, and there you will be told of all that has been appointed for you to do.'
But Barnabas took him and brought him to the apostles. And he declared to them how he had seen the Lord on the road, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.

And he fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, "Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?"

When he came to Jerusalem, he tried to join the disciples; but they were all afraid of him, not believing that he was a disciple.
"A certain Ananias, a devout man according to the Law, and well spoken of by all the Jews who lived there,
So Ananias departed and entered the house. And after laying his hands on him said, "Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road by which you were coming, has sent me so that you may regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit."
