And Jesus immediately stretched out his hand, and took hold of him, and said to him: you of little faith, why did you doubt?

And Jesus perceiving it, said to them: you of little faith! why are you reasoning among yourselves because you took no bread?

And he said to them: inconsiderate, and slow of heart to believe all things that the prophets have spoken!

Then he said to Thomas: Reach hither your finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither your hand, and put it into my side; and be not faithless, but believing.

Jesus answered and said: faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him hither to me.

If then, God so clothes the herb of the field, which to-day is, and to-morrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, you of little faith?

And he said to them: Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?

Jesus answered and said to them: Verily I say to you, If you have faith, and doubt not, you shall do, not only what is done to the fig-tree, but even if you shall say to this mountain, Be taken up, and be thrown into the sea, it shall be done. And all things that you ask for in prayer, believing, you shall receive.

For, verily I say to you, that whoever will say to this mountain, Be removed, and be cast into the sea, and will not doubt in his heart, but believe that what he says will come to pass, he shall have whatever he says.

Have you faith? Have it to yourself before God. Blessed is he who condemns not himself in that which he approves. But he that doubts is condemned, if he eat, because he eats not with faith. Every thing that is not of faith, is sin.

And he said to his disciples: For this reason I say to you, Be not anxious for your life, what you shall eat; nor for your body, what you shall put on. Life is a greater gift than food, and the body, than clothing.
