You shall not defraud your neighbor, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with you all night until the morning.

You shall not oppress a hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of your brethren, or of your strangers that are in your land within your gates: Each day you shall give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and sets his heart upon it: lest he cry against you unto the LORD, and it be sin unto you.

For the scripture says, You shall not muzzle the ox that treads out the grain. And, The laborer is worthy of his reward.

Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband does safely trust in her, so that he shall have no lack of gain. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.read more.

Many daughters have done virtuously, but you excel them all. Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that fears the LORD, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.
