When Moses saw it, he wondered at the sight, and as he was drawing near to observe it, the voice of the Lord came to him: I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abra ham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then said the Lord to him: Loose your shoes from your feet; for the place in which you stand is holy ground. This Moses, whom they rejected, saying, Who made you a ruler and a judge? him God sent as a ruler and as a redeemer, by the hand of the angel that appeared to him in the bush. He brought them out, after he had performed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and at the Red Sea, and in the wilderness, forty years.
who has delivered us from the authority of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins;

For the earnest expectation of the creature waits for the revelation of the sons of God. For the creature was subject to frailty, (not by its own will, but for his sake who subjected it,) in hope, that even the creature itself shall be made free from the bondage of corruption, and introduced into the glorious liberty of the children of God.read more.
For we know that every creature groans, and is in pain together, till now: and not only they, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.
When these things begin to take place, look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draws near.
