1 Samuel 8:18
In that day you will cry out because of your king you have chosen for yourselves, but the Lord will not hear you then.
O my God, I cry in the daytime, but You answer not; and by night I am not silent or find no rest.
Call now -- "is there any who will answer you? And to which of the holy [angels] will you turn?
[The people] cry out because of the pride of evil men, but He does not answer.
2 Samuel 22:42
They looked, but there was none to save -- "even to the Lord, but He did not answer them.
