And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God almighty; just and true are thy ways, O king of saints: who should not fear thee,

but Jesus called them to Him and said, Ye know that the princes of the gentiles lord it over them, and their great men exercise authority upon them: it shall not be so among you; but whosoever would be great among you, let him be your minister, and whoever would be chief among you, let him be your servant:

But be not ye called Rabbi; for one is your instructor even Christ, and ye are all brethren. Neither call any man upon earth Father; for one is your Father, who is in heaven: neither be ye called masters; for one is your master, even Christ. read more.
But let him that is greatest among you be your minister: and whosoever will exalt himself shall be abased,

But Jesus called them to Him, and said unto them, Ye know that those who rule among the Gentiles, lord it over them, and their grandees exercise authority upon them. But it shall not be so among you: but whoever would be great among you shall be your minister; and whoever of you would be first shall be servant of all.

and the Son of man is going indeed as was determined; but wo to that man by whom He is betrayed. And they began to enquire among themselves, which of them it was that should do it. And there was also a dispute among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest: read more.
but He said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those in authority are called benefactors. But ye shall not do so: but let the greatest among you be as the younger; and he that presides as he that serveth. For which is greater, he that sitteth at table, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at table? but I am among you as one that serveth.

Then a dispute rose among them, which of them should be greatest. And Jesus knowing the thought of their heart, took a child and set him by Him, and said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this little child for my sake, receiveth me: and he that receiveth me, receiveth Him that sent me. For he that is lest among you all, shall be great.
