he was moved with compassion, and went to him and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine; and setting him upon his own beast, brought him to an inn and took care of him.
And all that believed were together, and had all things common. And they sold their possessions and goods, and distributed to all, according as any one had need.
Neither was there any indigent person among them; for as many as were proprietors of lands or houses, sold them and brought the prices of what were sold, and laid them at the apostles feet; and distribution was made to every one according to their necessity.
