See therefore, and take knowledge of all the lurking-places where he hideth himself, and come ye again to me of a certainty, and I will go with you: and it shall come to pass, if he be in the land, that I will search him out among all the thousands of Judah.
Now therefore, let not my blood fall to the earth away from the presence of Jehovah: for the king of Israel is come out to seek a flea, as when one doth hunt a partridge in the mountains.
For he is cast into a net by his own feet, And he walketh upon the toils. A gin shall take him by the heel, And a snare shall lay hold on him. A noose is hid for him in the ground, And a trap for him in the way.
The wicked have laid a snare for me; Yet have I not gone astray from thy precepts.
The proud have hid a snare for me, and cords; They have spread a net by the wayside; They have set gins for me. Selah
Keep me from the snare which they have laid for me, And from the gins of the workers of iniquity.
Deliver thyself as a roe from the hand of the hunter , And as a bird from the hand of the fowler.
to turn aside the needy from justice, and to rob the poor of my people of their right, that widows may be their spoil, and that they may make the fatherless their prey!
And it shall come to pass, that as the chased roe, and as sheep that no man gathereth, they shall turn every man to his own people, and shall flee every man to his own land.
Yea, truth is lacking; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey. And Jehovah saw it, and it displeased him that there was no justice.
They have chased me sore like a bird, they that are mine enemies without cause.
The godly man is perished out of the earth, and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.
And God was with the lad, and he grew. And he dwelt in the wilderness, and became, as he grew up, an archer.
The slothful man roasteth not that which he took in hunting; But the precious substance of men is to the diligent.

And Isaac trembled very exceedingly, and said, Who then is he that hath taken venison, and brought it me, and I have eaten of all before thou camest, and have blessed him? Yea, and he shall be blessed.
