For the Lord said to Moses, "They must present their offering, one leader for each day, for the dedication of the altar."

You must pour out the strong drink as a drink offering to the Lord in the holy place. "For seven days you will provide every day a goat for a sin offering; a young bull and a ram from the flock, both without blemish, will be provided.
In this manner you must offer daily throughout the seven days the food of the sacrifice made by fire as a sweet aroma to the Lord. It is to be offered in addition to the continual burnt offering and its drink offering.
