And He said to them, "Going into all the world, preach the Gospel to the whole creation.
And Jesus, coming near, spake to them, saying, "All authority was given to Me in Heaven and on earth: going, therefore, disciple ye all the nations, immersing them into the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit; teaching them to observe all things, whatsoever I commanded you; and, behold, I am with you all the days, even to the end of the age."
These twelve Jesus sent forth, having charged them, saying, "Go not into any way of the gentiles, and enter not into a city of the Samaritans; but go ye rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. And, while going, preach, saying, 'The Kingdom of Heaven has come nigh.'
And He calleth to Him the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two, and was giving them authority over the unclean spirits; and He charged them that they should take nothing for the way, except a staff only; no bread, no wallet, no money in their girdle; but to go shod with sandals; and He said, put not on two coats.read more.
And He said to them, "Wheresoever ye enter into a house, there abide, till ye depart thence. And whatsoever place does not receive you, and they hear you not, going forth thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony to them." And, going forth, they preached that men should repent.
And, having called together the twelve, He gave them power and authority over all the demons, and to heal diseases; and He sent them forth to preach the Kingdom of God, and to heal the sick; and He said to them, "Take nothing for the journey??either staff, nor wallet, nor bread, nor money; and not to have two coats.read more.

But I wrote to you the more boldly in part, as reminding you again, because of the grace which was given to me from God, that I should be a minister of Jesus Christ to the gentiles, ministering the Gospel of God, that the offering up of the gentiles may become acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
but ye shall receive power, the Holy Spirit having come upon you, and ye shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and Samaria, and to the utmost limit of the earth."
and He said to them, "Thus it has been written, that the Christ should suffer, and rise from the dead on the third day, and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. Ye are witnesses of these things,read more.
And, behold, I send forth the promise of My Father upon you; but abide ye in the city, until ye be clothed with power from on high."
And, when the day of Pentecost was being fulfilled they were all together in one place; and suddenly there came out of Heaven a sound, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them tongues, as of fire, distributed among them; and it sat upon each one of them.read more.
And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other tongues, even as the Spirit was giving them to declare. Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven; and, when this sound was heard, the multitude came together, and were greatly surprised, because each one heard them speaking in his own language. And they were amazed, and wondered, saying, "Behold, are not all these who are speaking Galilaeans? And how do we hear, each in our own language in which we were born; Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, in Judaea, and also Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt, and the parts of Lybia about Cyrene, and sojourners from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, Cretans, and Arabians??e hear them speaking in our own languages the wonderful works of God?"
Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, "Rulers of the people and elders, if we are this day examined in regard to a good deed done to an impotent man, by what means this person has been made whole; be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the Name of Jesus Christ, the Nazarene, Whom ye crucified, Whom God raised from the dead, in Him does this man stand here before you well!read more.
This is the Stone That was set at naught by you, the builders, Which was made into a head of a corner. And in no one else is there salvation; for neither is there any other name under Heaven, that has been given among men, in Which we must be saved."
While Peter was yet speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell on all those hearing the word.
And my speech and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power; that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
And He saith to them, "Let us go elsewhere into the neighboring towns, that I may preach there also; for to this end I came forth."
And He said to them, "It is needful that I proclaim the good news of the Kingdom of God to the other cities also; because for this I was sent forth."
and, coming, He proclaimed the Gospel of peace to you who were afar off, and peace to those who were near;
And Jesus was going about in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.
And it came to pass that, when Jesus finished commanding His twelve disciples, He departed thence to teach and preach in their cities. And John, having heard, in the prison, of the works of the Christ, sending by his disciples, said to Him, "Art Thou the Coming One, or are we to look for another?"read more.

And also all the prophets from Samuel and those in succession, as many as spake, also foretold these days. Ye are the sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, 'And in your Seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.' To you first, God, having raised up His Child, sent Him forth, blessing you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities."
But Paul and Barnabas tarried in Antioch, teaching and proclaiming, with many others also, the good tidings of the word of the Lord.
but, on the contrary, seeing that I had been entrusted with the Gospel of the uncircumcision, as Peter was with that of the circumcision;
but even as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the Gospel, so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, Who proveth our hearts.

And He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; with a view to the perfecting of the saints for the work of ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ;
preach the word; be urgent in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with all long-suffering and teaching. For there will be a time when they will not endure the healthful teaching; but, having itching ears, they will for themselves heap up teachers according to their own desires; and will turn away their ears from the truth, and will turn aside to the fables.read more.
But be sober in all things, suffer hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fully accomplish your ministry.
For the bishop must be blameless, as God's steward; not self-willed, not soon angry, not given to wine, not a striker, not greedy of base gain; but hospitable, a lover of good, sober-minded, righteous, pious, temperate; holding fast the faithful word which is according to the teaching, that he may be able both to exhort in the healthful doctrine, and to convict those who contradict.
For Christ sent me not to immerse, but to proclaim the Gospel; not in wisdom of speech, lest the cross of Christ should be made void. For the word of the cross is to those who are perishing, foolishness; but to those who are being saved, it is the power of God.
and straightway in the synagogues he was preaching Jesus, that He is the Son of God. I am debtor both to the Greeks and to the Barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish; so, as much as in me is, I am ready to proclaim the Gospel to you also who are in Rome.
seeing that both Jews ask for signs, and Greeks seek after wisdom; but we preach Christ crucified; to the Jews, a stumbling-block, and to the gentiles foolishness; but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.read more.
Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, having in the law the form of knowledge and of the truth; you, therefore, who teach another, do you not teach yourself? You who preach that men should not steal, do you steal? You who say that one should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples? You who boast in law, do you dishonor God through your transgression of the law? For the name of God is blasphemed among the gentiles, because of you, as it has been written.
