And immediately Jesus made his disciples get into a ship, and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away. And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.
And immediately he made his disciples to get into the ship, and to go to the other side before unto Bethsaida, while he sent away the people. And when he had sent them away, he departed into a mountain to pray.
Then came Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and said unto the disciples, Sit you here, while I go and pray yonder.
And they came to a place which was named Gethsemane: and he said to his disciples, Sit here, while I shall pray.
And he came out, and went, as was his custom, to the mount of Olives; and his disciples also followed him. And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that you enter not into temptation. And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed,read more.
Saying, Father, if you be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but yours, be done.
And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
