8 Bible Verses about Scorners

He that rebuketh a scoffer, getteth to himself contempt, and, he that reproveth a lawless man, getteth to himself his shame. Do not reprove a scoffer, lest he hate thee, Reprove a wise man, and he will love thee.

The scoffer, thou shalt smite, and, the simple, will beware, but correct a man of intelligence - he will understand teaching.

When the scoffer is punished, the simple, becometh wise, when the wise is instructed, he receiveth knowledge.

Be not deceiving yourselves: - neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor sodomites, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners - shall inherit, God's kingdom. And, these things, were some of you; but ye bathed them away, - but ye were sanctified, but ye were justified, in the name of ourLord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our God.
