And all the walls of the house round about, he garnished with work of Cherubs and palm trees and graven flowers, both within in the quyre and without in the temple.

And he overlaid the house, both beams, posts, walls and doors, with gold; and graved Cherubs upon the walls.

Shall the carver make him a carved image? And shall the goldsmith cover him with gold, or cast him into a form of silver plates? Forasmuch then as we are the generation of God, we ought not to think that the godhead is like unto gold, silver, or stone, graven by craft and imagination of man.
