AND I saw a great white throne and him that sat on it, from whose presence the earth and heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, stand before the throne, and the books were opened; and another book was opened, which is of life. And the dead were judged from the things written in the books according to their works. And Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And whoever was not found enrolled in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

the rest of the dead did not live till the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
