"And to the angel of the assembly in Sardis write these things," saith He Who hath the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars: "I know your works, that you have a name that you are living, and you are dead.
You also did He make alive, when ye were dead in your trespasses and sins,
even when we were dead in our offenses, made us alive with Christ (by grace ye have been saved),
and you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, did He make alive with Him: having freely forgiven us all our trespasses;
For the mind of the flesh is death; but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace;
And, if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the spirit is life because of righteousness.
