Be anxious for nothing, but with all prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And may the peace of God which passes all understanding keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

casting all your care upon him, for he cares for you.

being afflicted in every thing but not distressed, being perplexed but not in despair, being persecuted but not deserted, being cast down but not destroyed, always carrying about the death of Jesus in the body, that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies.
