Therefore if ye are dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as living in the world, receive ye ordinances, (Touch not, taste not, handle not: All which are to perish in the using) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

And Jesus stretching forth his hand, touched him, saying, I will; Be thou clean.

And coming into the house, he suffered none to go in, save Peter and James and John, and the father and mother of the maiden. And all wept and bewailed her. But he said, Weep not; she is not dead; but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead. And he put them all out, and taking her by the hand, called, saying, Maid, arise. And her spirit returned, and she arose straightway, and he commanded to give her meat.

And he came and touched the bier, and the bearers stood still. And he said, Young man, I say to thee, Arise.

And the disciples hearing it, fell on their face and were sore afraid. And Jesus came and touched them and said, Arise and be not afraid.

And they brought little children to him that he might touch them; but the disciples rebuked those that brought them.

Then were brought to him little children, that he should lay his hands on them and pray: and the disciples rebuked them.

And they brought to him infants also, that he might touch them; but the disciples seeing it, rebuked them.

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have beheld, and our hands have handled of the word of life:

But Thomas called Didymus, one of the twelve, was not with them when Jesus came. The other disciples therefore said to him, We have seen the Lord. But he said to them, Unless I see the print of the nails in his hands, and put my finger into the prints of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands, and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side, and be not faithless, but believing.

By faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the first born should touch them.
