'Call' in the Bible

“Call now, is there anyone who will answer you?And to which of the holy ones will you turn?

“Then call, and I will answer;Or let me speak, then reply to me.

“You will call, and I will answer You;You will long for the work of Your hands.

If I call to the pit, ‘You are my father’;To the worm, ‘my mother and my sister’;

“I call to my servant, but he does not answer;I have to implore him with my mouth.

“Will he take delight in the Almighty?Will he call on God at all times?
