"This is what King Sennacherib of Assyria says: 'Why are you so confident that you remain in Jerusalem while it is under siege?

They were distressed, because each one had been so confident; they arrived there, but were disappointed.

But the tents of robbers are peaceful, and those who provoke God are confident -- who carry their god in their hands.

You are looking at outward appearances. If anyone is confident that he belongs to Christ, he should reflect on this again: Just as he himself belongs to Christ, so too do we.
