'Glory' in the Bible
In the same way, let your light shine before men, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.
And do not bring us into temptation,but deliver us from the evil one.[For Yours is the kingdom and the powerand the glory forever. Amen.]
When the crowds saw this, they were awestruck and gave glory to God who had given such authority to men.
