'Grew' in the Bible

I was mute and silent,I refrained even from good,And my sorrow grew worse.

My heart grew hot within me;as I mused, a fire burned.I spoke with my tongue:

From heaven You pronounced judgment.The earth feared and grew quiet

You cleared the ground so that its roots grew and filled the land.

but when the hot wind blows by, it disappears, and one can no longer even spot the place where it once grew.

Hungry and thirsty, their soul grew faint within them.

He calmed the storm, and the waves grew silent.
