'Help' in the Bible
“Is it that my help is not within me,And that deliverance is driven from me?
“Behold, I cry, ‘Violence!’ but I get no answer;I shout for help, but there is no justice.
“What a help you are to the weak! How you have saved the arm without strength!
Because I delivered the poor who cried for help,And the orphan who had no helper.
“I cry out to You for help, but You do not answer me;I stand up, and You turn Your attention against me.
“Yet does not one in a heap of ruins stretch out his hand,Or in his disaster therefore cry out for help?
“I go about mourning without comfort;I stand up in the assembly and cry out for help.
“Because of the multitude of oppressions they cry out; They cry for help because of the arm of the mighty.
“But the godless in heart lay up anger; They do not cry for help when He binds them.
