'Judging' in the Bible
Deborah, a woman who was a prophetess and the wife of Lappidoth, was judging Israel at that time.
Jesus said to them, “I assure you: In the Messianic Age,when the Son of Man sits on His glorious throne, you who have followed Me will also sit on 12 thrones, judging the 12 tribes of Israel.
so that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom. And you will sit on thrones judging the 12 tribes of Israel.
Stop judging according to outward appearances; rather judge according to righteous judgment.”
Then Paul said to him, “God is going to strike you, you whitewashed wall! You are sitting there judging me according to the law, and in violation of the law are you ordering me to be struck?”
