'Nearly' in the Bible

because he had an only daughter about 12 years old, and she was at death’s door.While He was going, the crowds were nearly crushing Him.

So he called ten of his servants, and gave them ten minas [one apiece, each equal to about a hundred days’ wages] and said to them, ‘Do business [with this] until I return.’

But they strongly urged him, "Stay with us, because it is almost evening and the daylight is nearly gone." So he went in to stay with them.
