In his eyes a rejected one [is] contemptible, but he honors those who respect Yahweh. He takes an oath to [his own] injury and does not retract it.

The one who has innocent hands and a pure heart; the person who does not delight in what is false and does not swear an oath deceitfully.

However, the king will rejoice in God. Everyone who swears an oath by him will boast, because [the] mouth of [the] liars will be stopped.
