Then the word of the Lord came to Isaiah, saying,

So the craftsman encourages the smelter,And he who smooths metal with the hammer encourages him who beats the anvil,Saying of the soldering, “It is good”;And he fastens it with nails,So that it will not totter.

Saying to those who are bound, ‘Go forth,’To those who are in darkness, ‘Show yourselves.’Along the roads they will feed,And their pasture will be on all bare heights.
