'Shout' in the Bible
But let all who take refuge and put their trust in You rejoice,Let them ever sing for joy;Because You cover and shelter them,Let those who love Your name be joyful and exult in You.
We will sing joyously over your victory,And in the name of our God we will set up our banners.May the Lord fulfill all your petitions.
Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you righteous [who actively seek right standing with Him];Shout for joy, all you upright in heart.
Let them shout for joy and rejoice, who favor my vindication and want what is right for me;Let them say continually, “Let the Lord be magnified, who delights and takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”
O clap your hands, all you people;Shout to God with the voice of triumph and songs of joy.
“Moab is My washbowl;Over Edom I shall throw My shoe [in triumph];Over Philistia I raise the shout [of victory].”
So they who dwell at the ends of the earth stand in awe of Your signs [the evidence of Your presence].You make the dawn and the sunset shout for joy.
The meadows are clothed with flocksAnd the valleys are covered with grain;They shout for joy and they sing.
My lips will shout for joy when I sing praises to You,And my soul, which You have redeemed.
Sing aloud to God our strength;Shout for joy to the God of Jacob (Israel).

Let Your priests be clothed with righteousness (right living),And let Your godly ones shout for joy.
