'Unrighteousness' in the Bible
to declare: “The Lord is just;He is my rock,and there is no unrighteousness in Him.”
Woe for the one who builds his palacethrough unrighteousness,his upper rooms through injustice,who makes his fellow man serve without payand will not give him his wages,
But He will say, ‘I tell you, I don’t know you or where you’re from. Get away from Me, all you workers of unrighteousness!’
The one who speaks for himself seeks his own glory. But He who seeks the glory of the One who sent Him is true, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.
For God’s wrath is revealed from heaven against all godlessness and unrighteousness of people who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth,
They are filled with all unrighteousness, evil, greed, and wickedness. They are full of envy, murder, quarrels, deceit, and malice. They are gossips,
but wrath and indignation to those who are self-seeking and disobey the truth but are obeying unrighteousness;
But if our unrighteousness highlights God’s righteousness, what are we to say? I use a human argument: Is God unrighteous to inflict wrath?
And do not offer any parts of it to sin as weapons for unrighteousness. But as those who are alive from the dead, offer yourselves to God, and all the parts of yourselves to God as weapons for righteousness.
Love finds no joy in unrighteousnessbut rejoices in the truth.

Nevertheless, God’s solid foundation stands firm, having this inscription:The Lord knows those who are His, andEveryone who names the name of the Lordmust turn away from unrighteousness.
