'Decree' in the Bible

I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

By the Lord's decree the heavens were made; by a mere word from his mouth all the stars in the sky were created.

For he spoke, and it came into existence, he issued the decree, and it stood firm.

You are my king, O God! Decree Jacob's deliverance!

May he reign forever before God! Decree that your loyal love and faithfulness should protect him.

He established a decree in Jacob, and established the Law in Israel, that he commanded our ancestors to reveal to their children

a decree that he prescribed for Joseph when he went throughout the land of Egypt, speaking a language I did not recognize.

Can a throne of destruction be allied with You,One which devises mischief by decree?

They decree against the soul of the righteous, And innocent blood declare wicked.

He always remembers his covenantal decree, the promise he made to a thousand generations --

and confirmed to Jacob as a decreeand to Israel as an everlasting covenant:

Give me life in accordance with Your faithful love,and I will obey the decree You have spoken.

He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.
