'Object' in the Bible

So now ye are nothing; ye see a terrible object and are afraid.

Have I sinned, what do I unto thee, thou Observer of men? Why hast thou set me as an object of assault for thee, so that I am become a burden to myself?

For his confidence is fragile and breaks,And his trust is [like] a spider’s web.

He has made me an object of scorn to the people;I have become a man people spit at.

Now I am mocked by their songs;I have become an object of scorn to them.

If I beheld the sun [as an object of worship] when it shoneOr the moon going in its splendor,
