'Prosecute' in the Bible

I will say to God:“Do not declare me guilty!Let me know why You prosecute me.

Are you a god who would make a leaf tremble or who would prosecute a dry straw?

Would He prosecute me forcefully?No, He will certainly pay attention to me.

Get up, God, and prosecute your case remember that you're being scorned by fools all day long.

When you summon her for divorce, you prosecute her; he drives her away with his strong wind in the day of the east wind.
