'Rest' in the Bible

“For now I would have lain down and been quiet;I would have slept then, I would have been at rest,

“There the wicked cease from raging,And there the weary are at rest.

“I am not at ease, nor am I quiet,And I am not at rest, but turmoil comes.”

“Then you would trust, because there is hope;And you would look around and rest securely.

“Turn Your gaze from him that he may rest,Until he fulfills his day like a hired man.

“At night it pierces my bones within me,And my gnawing pains take no rest.
