'Sounds' in the Bible

For I, the Lord, affirm that I will restore the land to what it was in days of old.'

Doom is coming upon you who live in the land! The time is coming, the day is near. There are sounds of tumult, not shouts of joy, on the mountains.

If an alarm sounds in a city, do people not fear? If disaster overtakes a city, is the Lord not responsible?
