'Noise' in the Bible
When Joshua heard the noise of the people as they shouted, he said to Moses, "It is the sound of war in the camp!"
There is a loud noise on the mountains -- it sounds like a large army! There is great commotion among the kingdoms -- nations are being assembled! The Lord who commands armies is mustering forces for battle.
Judgment will come from the Lord who commands armies, accompanied by thunder, earthquake, and a loud noise, by a strong gale, a windstorm, and a consuming flame of fire.
The nations run away when they hear a loud noise; the nations scatter when you spring into action!

The noise of battle can be heard in the land of Babylonia. There is the sound of great destruction.

He will cover you with the dust kicked up by his many horses. Your walls will shake from the noise of the horsemen, wheels, and chariots when he enters your gates like those who invade through a city's broken walls.
I will silence the noise of your songs; the sound of your harps will be heard no more.
