'Thoughts' in the Bible
But perceiving their thoughts, Jesus said, “Why are you thinking evil things in your hearts?
Knowing their thoughts, He told them: “Every kingdom divided against itself is headed for destruction, and no city or house divided against itself will stand.
For from the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual immoralities, thefts, false testimonies, blasphemies.
