'Utter' in the Bible

Evening and morning and at noon I will complain and murmur,And He will hear my voice.

For the sin of their mouths and the words of their lips,Let them even be trapped in their pride,And on account of the curses and lies which they tell.

They mock and wickedly speak of oppression;They speak loftily [with malice].

I will open my mouth in a parable [to instruct using examples];I will utter dark and puzzling sayings of old [that contain important truth]—
