Anger of God » Tempered with mercy to saints
For [there is] a moment in his anger; [there is] a lifetime in his favor. Weeping lodges for the evening, but in the morning [comes] rejoicing.
Go, my people, enter into your chambers and shut your doors behind you; hide for {a very little} while, until [the] wrath has passed over.
I hid my face from you [for] a moment, in the flowing of anger, but I will have compassion on you with everlasting faithfulness" says your redeemer, Yahweh.
For thus says [the] high and lofty one who resides forever, and [whose] name [is] holy: "I reside [in] a high and holy place, and with [the] {contrite} and humble of spirit, to revive [the] spirit of [the] humble, and to revive [the] heart of [the] {contrite}. For I will not attack forever, and I will not be angry forever, for [the] spirit will grow faint before me, and [the] breaths [that] I myself I have made.

Then he said to Thomas, "Place your finger here and see my hands, and place your hand and put [it] into my side. And do not be unbelieving, but believing!"

And my hand has made all these [things], and all these {came to be}," {declares} Yahweh, "but I look to this [one]: to [the] humble and [the] contrite of spirit and [the one] frightened at my word.
The sacrifices of God [are] a broken spirit; A broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.
Yahweh [is] near to [those who are] heartbroken and saves [those who are] crushed in spirit.
