True is the saying, and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. But ye will receive power when the Holy Spirit hath come upon you; and ye will be my witnesses, both in Jerusalem and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and to the end of the earth.
But when they deliver you up, be not anxious as to how or What ye shall speak; for it will be given you in that hour what ye shall speak. For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father that speaketh in you.
And when they lead you away to deliver you up, be not anxious beforehand as to what ye shall speak; but whatever shall be given you in that hour, that speak; for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Spirit.
And when they bring you to the synagogues and the magistrates and the authorities, be not anxious as to how or what ye shall answer, or what ye shall say; for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what ye ought to say.
When the Comforter is come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he will bear witness of me. And ye also are witnesses, because ye have been with me from the beginning.
because the gospel preached by us came not to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit, and in much assurance; as ye well know what sort of persons we became among you for your sake.
