When Jesus heard it, he said to them: Those who are in health have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. But go and learn what this means: I desire mercy, and not sacrifice. For I came not to call righteous men, but sinners to repentance.

And Jesus answered arid said to them: They that are well have no need of a physician, but they that are sick. I have not come to call righteous men, but sinners, to repentance.
