If then, God so clothes the herb of the field, which to-day is, and to-morrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore, be not anxious, saying: What shall we eat? or, what shall we drink? or, with what shall we be clothed? For after all these things do the Gentiles seek: for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be given to you in addition. Therefore, be not anxious about the morrow, for the morrow will have anxieties of its own. Sufficient for the day is its own evil.
Cast all your cares on him, for he cares for you.
For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Peace I leave to you; my peace I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, and let it not be afraid.
Come to me, all you that are weary, and heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am meek and lowly in heart; and you shall find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my bur den is light.
And we know that all things work together for good, to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
For he is our peace, who has made both parties one, and broken down the partition wall that separated us,
And let the peace of God, to which you are called in one body, rule in your hearts, and be thankful.
And he will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death; neither shall there be any more sorrow, nor crying, nor pain; for the former things have passed away.
Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in his mighty power. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand firm against the wiles of the devil:
No trial has come upon you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tried more than you are able to bear; but he will, with the trial, make a way to escape, so that you be able to bear up under it.
The God of peace will soon bruise Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you
