And I saw an angel coming down out of Heaven, having the key of the abyss, and a great chain upon his hand. And he seized the dragon, the old serpent, which is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, and cast him into the abyss, and shut it, and sealed it over him, that he should deceive the nations no more, until the thousand years should be finished; after these things he must be loosed for a little time.

And they were entreating Him, that He would not command them to go away into the abyss.

and, behold, they cried out, saying, "What is there to us and to Thee, O Son of God? Didst Thou come here to torment us before the time?"

and, crying with a loud voice, he says, "What is there to me and Thee, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I adjure Thee by God, that Thou torment me not!"

And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them; and judgment was given to them; and I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of the testimony of Jesus, and because of the word of God; and such as worshiped not the beast, neither his image, and received not the mark upon their forehead and upon their hand; and they lived, and reigned with Christ a thousand years. The rest of the dead lived not until the thousand years should be finished. This is the first resurrection. Happy and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no authority; but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

and, if children, heirs also; heirs, indeed, of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if, indeed, we suffer with Him, that we may be also glorified with Him.

Faithful is the saying; for, if we died with Him, we shall also live with Him; if we endure, we shall also reign with Him; if we deny Him, He will also deny us;

Fear not the things which you are about to suffer. Behold, the Devil is about to cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days. Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life.

And, when the thousand years are finished, Satan will be loosed out of his prison, and will come forth to deceive the nations that are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to the war, the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up over the breadth of the earth, and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city; and fire came down out of the heaven, and devoured them.read more.
And the Devil who deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where also the beast and the false prophet were cast; and they shall be tormented, day and night, forever and ever.

And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet speedily. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

And I saw Heaven opened; and, behold, a white horse, and He Who sat on him, called Faithful and True; and in righteousness doth He judge and make war. And His eyes are as a flame of fire; and on His head are many diadems; having a name written which no one knows but Himself; and He is clothed with a garment sprinkled with blood; and His name is called "THE WORD OF GOD."

And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne; and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged out of the things that were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead that were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them; and they were judged, every one, according to their works.read more.
And Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, even the lake of fire. And, if anyone was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.

For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive; but each in his own rank; Christ, the First-fruit; then those who are Christ's at His coming. Then comes the end, when He delivereth up the Kingdom to God, even His Father; when He shall abolish all rule and all authority and power;read more.

because the Lord Himself will descend from Heaven, with a shout, with a voice of an archangel, and with a trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first; after that we, the living who are left over, will be caught up together with them in clouds, into the air, to meet the Lord; and so shall we always be with the Lord.

And Jesus said to them, "Verily I say to you, that ye who followed Me, in the regeneration, when the Son of Man shall sit upon the throne of His glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

and I appoint to you, as My Father appointed to Me, a Kingdom, that ye may eat and drink at My table in My Kingdom; and ye shall sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Or know ye not that the saints will judge the world? And, if the world is judged by you, are ye unworthy of the smallest tribunals?

And they sing a new song, saying, "Worthy art Thou to take the book, and to open its seals; because Thou wast slain, and didst redeem to God, by Thy blood, some of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation; and didst make them, to our God, a Kingdom and priests, and they reign on the earth."
