But he, looking upon them, said, What then is this which is written, "The stone which the builders rejected, the same hath become the cornerstone"? Every one who falleth upon that stone will be broken; but on whomever it falleth, it will grind him to powder.
If we are this day examined in respect to a good deed done to a cripple, by what means he hath been restored, be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead,by him doth this man stand here before you sound.
