But every one that contends for a prize is temperate in all things: they then indeed that they may receive a corruptible crown, but we an incorruptible. and being renewed in the spirit of your mind; and your having put on the new man, which according to God is created in truthful righteousness and holiness.

Thus also the tongue is a little member, and boasts great things. I come quickly: hold fast what thou hast, that no one take thy crown.
