And the glory which thou hast given me, I have given them, that they may be one, as we are one:

And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; the Lord our God is one Lord.

For he is our peace, he who hath made both one, having broken down the middle wall of partition, Having abolished by his flesh the enmity, the law of commandments, through his decrees, that he might make the two one new man in himself, so making peace: And might reconcile both in one body to God through the cross, having slain the enmity thereby. he hath now reconciled, By the body of his flesh, through death, to present you holy, and spotless, and unreproveable in his sight:

For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more being reconciled, we shall be saved through his life. And not only so, but we also glory in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the reconciliation.

And said, For this cause a man shall leave father and mother and cleave to his wife, and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife: And they twain shall be one flesh; so then they are no more twain but one flesh.

God forbid. Know ye not, that he who is joined to an harlot is one body? For they two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

The wife hath not power over her own body, but the husband; and in like manner the husband also hath not power over his own body, but the wife.

For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined to his wife; and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery; I mean, concerning Christ and the church.

He that hath the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly, because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

Let us be glad and rejoice and give the glory to him; for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride, adorned for her husband.

That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us, that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

And when the day of Pentecost was come, they were all with one accord in one place.

And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart, and of one soul: and not so much as one said that ought of the things which he had, was his own, but they had all things common.

For as the body is one, and yet hath many members, but all the members of the body, many as they are, are one body, so is Christ.

Till we all come to the unity of the faith and knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
