And Jesus, answering, said to him, What I do is not clear to you now, but it will be clear to you in time to come.
From this time I tell you, before its coming to pass, that, when it may come to pass, ye may believe that I am he;
Then, after Judas had received the piece of bread, Satan entered into him. "Lose no time about it," said Jesus to him.
Children, yet a little [time] I am with you. You will seek me and just as I said to the Jews, "Where I am going you cannot come," now I say also to you.
if ye had known me, my Father also ye would have known, and from this time ye have known Him, and have seen Him.'
Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
Have you not faith that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words which I say to you, I say not from myself: but the Father who is in me all the time does his works.
Yet a little [time] and the world will see me no longer, but you will see me; because I live, you also will live.
At that time, you'll know that I am in my Father, that you are in me, and that I am in you.
They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.
But these things have I told you, that when the time shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them. And these things I said not unto you at the beginning, because I was with you.
After a little time you will see me no longer; and then again, after a little time, you will see me.
So some of the disciples said one to another, What is this he is saying, After a little time, you will see me no longer; and then again, after a little time, you will see me? and, I am going to the Father?
So they said again and again, What is this he is saying, A little time? His words are not clear to us.
Jesus saw that they had a desire to put the question to him, so he said to them, Is this what you are questioning one with another, why I said, After a little time, you will see me no longer; and then again, after a little time, you will see me?
When a woman is in labor she has pain because her time has come. But when she has given birth to a child, she no longer remembers the suffering because of the joy that a person has been born into the world.
At that time you will ask me nothing. I tell you the solemn truth, whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you.
Until now you have not asked [the Father] for anything in My name; but now ask and keep on asking and you will receive, so that your joy may be full and complete.
These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father.
At that time, you will make your requests in my name, so that I will have no need to ask the Father on your behalf,
Listen, the time is coming, indeed it has already come, when you will be scattered, each of you to his own home, and you will leave me all by myself. Yet I'm not alone, because the Father is with me.
When Jesus had finished saying these things, he looked upward to heaven and said, "Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, so that your Son may glorify you --
Now Judas also, who at that very time was betraying Him, knew the place, for Jesus had often resorted there with His disciples.
From this time was Pilate seeking to release him, and the Jews were crying out, saying, 'If this one thou mayest release, thou art not a friend of Caesar; every one making himself a king, doth speak against Caesar.'
where they nailed Him to a cross, and two others at the same time, one on each side and Jesus in the middle.
He then said to his disciple, "Look, here is your mother!" From that very time the disciple took her into his own home.
After this Jesus, realizing that by this time everything was completed, said (in order to fulfill the scripture), "I am thirsty!"
But when they came to Jesus, they saw that he was dead by this time, and so his legs were not broken;
For at that time they had no knowledge that the Writings said that he would have to come again from the dead.
A second time, therefore, He said to them, "Peace be to you! As the Father sent me, I also now send you."
This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.
When they had eaten breakfast, Jesus asked Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me more than these?”“Yes, Lord,” he said to Him, “You know that I love You.”“Feed My lambs,” He told him.
He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
For the baptism of John was with water, but you will have baptism with the Holy Spirit, after a little time.
When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
He said to them, “It is not for you to know the times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority.
At that time, Peter got up among the brothers (there were about 120 people present) and said,
Wherefore of these men which have companied with us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us,
and even upon My bondservants, both men and women, at that time, I will pour out My Spirit, and they shall prophesy.
One afternoon, Peter and John were on their way to the Temple for the three o'clock prayer time.
He must remain in heaven until the time of universal restitution, which God announced long ago through the voice of his holy prophets.
Yes, and all the Prophets, from Samuel onwards--all who have spoken--have also announced the coming of this present time.
But a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the Law, respected by all the people, stood up in the Council and gave orders to put the men outside for a short time.
For some time ago Theudas rose up, claiming to be somebody, and a group of about four hundred men joined up with him. But he was killed, and all who followed him were dispersed and came to nothing.
After that man, at the time of the census, Judas the Galilean appeared and got people to follow him. He, too, died, and all his followers were scattered.
Now at this time while the disciples were increasing in number, a complaint arose on the part of the Hellenistic Jews against the native Hebrews, because their widows were being overlooked in the daily serving of food.
Then we will give all our time to prayer and the teaching of the word.
And God gave him no heritage in it, not even enough to put his foot on: but he gave him an undertaking that he would give it to him and to his children after him, though he had no child at that time.
When Jacob heard there was grain in Egypt, he sent our ancestors the first time.
And at the second time Joseph was made known to his brethren; and Joseph's kindred was made known unto Pharaoh.
But when the time of the promise drew nigh, which God had sworn to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt,
until [the time when] there arose another king over egypt who did not know joseph [nor his history and the merit of his service to Egypt].
In which time Moses was born, and was exceeding fair, and nourished up in his father's house three months:
And at these words, Moses went in flight to the land of Midian, and was living there for a time, and had two sons.

Our ancestors brought it here with Joshua when they replaced the nations that God drove out in front of our ancestors, and it was here until the time of David.

After considerable time had passed [about three years or so], the Jews plotted together to kill him,
At that time, she got sick and died. After they had washed her, they laid her in an upstairs room.
And so it was that Peter stayed in Joppa for many days with Simon, a tanner.
And Peter said, 'Not so, Lord; because at no time did I eat anything common or unclean;'
And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
Cornelius said, “Four days ago to this hour, I was praying in my house during the ninth hour (3:00-4:00 p.m.); and a man [dressed] in bright, dazzling clothing suddenly stood before me,
And he directed that they should be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they begged him to remain with them for a time.
But I said, Not so, Lord: for nothing common or unclean hath at any time entered into my mouth.
But a voice answered from heaven a second time, ‘What God has made clean, you must not call common.’
Then those who had gone away at the time of the trouble about Stephen, went as far as Phoenicia and Cyprus, preaching to the Jews only.
At that time some prophets from Jerusalem came down to Antioch.
Then one of them, named Agabus, stood up and predicted by the Spirit that there would be a severe famine throughout the Roman world. This took place during the time of Claudius.
Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church.
And when he saw that this was pleasing to the Jews he went on to take Peter in addition. This was at the time of the feast of unleavened bread.
When Herod had searched for him and had not found him, he examined the guards and ordered that they be led away to execution. Then he went down from Judea to Caesarea and was spending time there.
Therefore, at a set time Herod put on his royal robes, sat down on the royal seat, and made a speech to them.
Now, look! The Lord’s hand is against you. You are going to be blind, and will not see the sun for a time.” Suddenly a mist and darkness fell on him, and he went around seeking someone to lead him by the hand.
And about the time of forty years suffered he their manners in the wilderness.
All this took about four hundred fifty years. After this he gave them judges until the time of Samuel the prophet.
"After that, he gave them judges until the time of the prophet Samuel. When they demanded a king, God gave them Kish's son Saul, from the tribe of Benjamin, for 40 years.
Behold, you despisers, be astonished and perish, because I am carrying on a work in your time--a work which you will utterly refuse to believe, though it be fully declared to you.'"
Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.
And there they abode long time with the disciples.
After there had been much debate, Peter stood up and said to them, "Brothers, you know that some time ago God chose me to preach to the Gentiles so they would hear the message of the gospel and believe.
For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.
After spending some time there, they were sent back in peace by the brothers to those who had sent them. But Paul and Barnabas, along with many others, remained in Antioch teaching and proclaiming the message of the Lord. After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas, “Let’s go back and visit the brothers in every town where we have preached the message of the Lord and see how they’re doing.” Barnabas wanted to take along John Mark. But Paul did not think it appropriate to take along this man who had deserted them in Pamphylia and had not gone on with them to the work. There was such a sharp disagreement that they parted company, and Barnabas took Mark with him and sailed off to Cyprus. Then Paul chose Silas and departed, after being commended to the grace of the Lord by the brothers. He traveled through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.
After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas, “Let’s go back and visit the brothers in every town where we have preached the message of the Lord and see how they’re doing.”
and thence to Philippi, which is a city in Macedonia, the first in its district, a Roman colony. And there we stayed some little time.
This she persisted in for a considerable time, until Paul, wearied out, turned round and said to the spirit, "I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her." And it came out immediately.
Then he took them, even at that time of night, washed their wounds, and he and all his household were immediately baptized;
(For all the Athenians and strangers which were there spent their time in nothing else, but either to tell, or to hear some new thing.)
And He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their lands and territories.
Now on hearing about the coming back from death, some of them made sport of it, but others said, Let us go more fully into this another time.
but when Silas and Timothy came down from Macedonia (northern Greece), Paul began devoting himself completely to [preaching] the word, and solemnly testifying to the Jews that Jesus is the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed).
And Crispus, the Warden of the synagogue, believed in the Lord, and so did all his household; and from time to time many of the Corinthians who heard Paul believed and received baptism.
After remaining a considerable time longer in Corinth, Paul took leave of the brethren and set sail for Syria; and Priscilla and Aquila were with him. He had shaved his head at Cenchreae, because he was bound by a vow.
When they desired him to tarry longer time with them, he consented not;
